German SummaryHannes erhält vom König als Sold ein Kätzchen, von den Riesen als Dank eine Wunschmühle. Damit kann er sich alles mahlen, was seine Familie braucht. Der König erfährt davon und borgt sich die Mühle aus - ohne sie zurückzugeben. Da machen sich Hannes und Mützekater auf den Weg, um sie zurückzuholen. Ein Wolf, ein Bär und ein Mäuschen schließen sich ihnen an. Der König schickt alle seine Schafe gegen Hannes. Sie werden vom Wolf gerissen. Das Mäuschen unterminiert das Schloß, so daß der König einlenken muß und die Mühle herausgibt. Hannes und sein Mützekater ziehen froh nach Hause.

English SummaryHannes receives a kitten from the king as pay, a wish mill from the giants as thanks. He can use it to grind everything his family needs. The king learns about it and borrows the mill - without giving it back. Hannes and Mützekater set off to get them back. A wolf, a bear and a little mouse join them. The king sends all his sheep against Hannes. You'll be torn by the wolf. The little mouse undermines the castle, so that the king has to give in and give up the mill. Hannes and his tomcat move home happy.
