Nach anfänglichen Turbulenzen wendet sich alles zum Guten und als die Familie schließlich doch eine eigene Wohnung erhält und wieder auszieht, gibt es auf beiden Seiten echte Freundschaftsgefühle und großes Bedauern über das Auseinandergehen.
English SummaryThe president of a housing cooperative wants to provide a well-deserved worker with an apartment within a certain period of time, otherwise the working class family may move into his villa. He does not succeed and so he now experiences the suffering and joys of living together with his new subtenants. After initial turbulences everything turns to the good and when the family finally gets their own apartment and moves out again, there are real feelings of friendship and great regret on both sides.
