Einem pfiffigen Geschäftemacher gelingt es sogar, den Trick mit dem Brennglas zu Geld zu machen. Als Verursacher des Streichholzchaos‘ wird schließlich ein Bürokrat in der Handelszentrale entdeckt. Die Bevölkerung sorgt dafür, dass die angesammelten Hölzchenmengen schnellstens ihrer eigentlichen Verwendung zugeführt werden können und Raucher und Hausfrauen wieder glücklich sind.

English SummaryIn a city life threatens to collapse completely, because suddenly there are no more matches to buy. Smokers and housewives are totally screwed. A clever wheeler even manages to turn the trick of burning glass into money. Finally, a bureaucrat is discovered in the commercial headquarters as the cause of the match chaos. The population ensures that the collected quantities of wood can be used as quickly as possible and that smokers and housewives are happy again.
