German SummaryIm Inneren Afrikas lebte ein kleiner Elefant, der ständig nur spielen wollte. Allen Tieren in der Savanne fiel ein unangenehm auf, denn er störte sie beim Bau einer Falle, in der der Löwe gefangen werden sollte. Als am Mittag die Sonne besonders heiß vom Himmel schien, wollte sich der Elefant ein Sonnendach bauen. Doch allein waren alle Bemühungen erfolglos, und er bat die anderen Tiere um Beistand. Nur langsam konnte er ihre Vorbehalte überwinden, und schließlich wuchs mit Hilfe der anderen die Schutzhütte in die Höhe. Plötzlich erschien der Löwe um die anderen für den Bau der Falle zu strafen. Der kleine Elefant stellte sich auf die Seite seiner neuen Freunde, vertrieb mit ihnen den Räuber und zog mit seinen Gefährten in die neue Hütte ein.

English SummaryIn the interior of Africa lived a small elephant, which constantly only wanted to play. All animals in the savannah noticed an unpleasant one, because he disturbed them in the construction of a trap, in which the lion should be caught. When the sun shone particularly hot from the sky at noon, the elephant wanted to build himself a sunroof. But alone all efforts were unsuccessful, and he asked the other animals for assistance. Only slowly could he overcome their reservations, and finally, with the help of the others, the refuge grew in height. Suddenly the lion appeared to punish the others for building the trap. The little elephant stood on the side of his new friends, drove the robber away with them and moved into the new hut with his companions.
