  • German SummaryHorst will die Ferien bei seinem Freund Benno auf dem Dorf verleben. Er freut sich auf das Piratenspiel mit den Kindern, deren Kapitän Benno ist. Sein Ferienabenteuer beginnt aber eher als gedacht. Horst steigt zu früh aus dem Bus aus, lernt auf dem Weg zum Dorf Gudrun kennen, die ihn in ihrem Boot mitnimmt. Er erfährt, daß sie sich mit den Piraten überworfen hat, weil diese sie bei der Beobachtung eines seltenen Vogels überfallen und verletzt haben. Horst und Gudrun verstehen sich gut, und als Benno das merkt, will er dem Mädchen erneut einen üblen Streich spielen. Die anderen aber weigern sich mitzumachen.   • English SummaryHorst wants to spend his holidays with his friend Benno in the village. He is looking forward to the pirate game with the children whose captain Benno is. But his holiday adventure begins sooner than expected. Horst gets off the bus too early, meets Gudrun on the way to the village, who takes him in her boat. He learns that she has been overthrown with the pirates because they have attacked and injured her while observing a rare bird. Horst and Gudrun get along well, and when Benno notices this, he wants to play a bad trick on the girl again. The others, however, refuse to participate.
